We offer FREE SHIPPING for qualified US orders, after all discounts, including vouchers for reward points, and before applicable taxes and shipping charges. Gift card purchases do not count toward the minimum requirement. This free shipping offer may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Eligible customers must select the free shipping option during the checkout process to take advantage of the offer.

Orders over $35, qualify for FREE Standard Shipping . Orders over $100 can benefit from FREE 3-Day Shipping. A preferred carrier can be selected at checkout.

Unfortunately, because of high shipping costs, we cannot offer free shipping for:

• Orders outside U.S.A.
• Orders from Associated States, Puerto Rico, US Military Addresses (APO, AFO, etc)

For orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping, we offer discounted shipping rates. To calculate the rate to your destination, click on the “Estimate shipping cost” link on the shopping cart page. Shipping charges vary depending on the location, size, and weight of the package.

Business Days

A working or business day is a regular work day. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Processing Times

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within two business days. Orders are not processed on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by 6PM EST on Tuesday.

No On-time Guarantee

We have no control over shipping carriers, their operations, or events that affect their delivery schedules. Therefore, we do not guarantee on-time delivery.

No Liability for Customer Data Entry Errors or Customer Absence

We are not responsible for any errors you make in order’s contents, delivery address entry or if you are not available to receive the order. Please review your order and contact us immediately if you find mistakes. In case your order gets returned to us due to your data entry error or your absence at the time of delivery, we can:

• Issue a Refund: We will issue a refund if you choose to cancel your order after such an instance of non-delivery. We will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund, as well as any additional charges/penalties shipping carriers apply for returning the package to us; or
• Re-ship: In such cases, an additional fee will apply to reship your goods.

Holiday Shipping Schedule for 2019

We thank you for choosing us as your holiday shopping destination. During this time of the year, we will do our best to process and ship your orders as fast as possible, as we would like you to receive your gifts on time. To this end, there are a few things that are worth considering when placing your order.

This time of the year sees great volumes of parcels being shipped, and postal services and couriers will drop their on-time guarantees and possibly run one or two business days behind schedule. Please use our “Quick shipping cost estimate” tool, located in the shopping cart page to determine your parcel’s transit time (and add 1 or 2 business days to that estimate for safety).

Though the “Quick shipping cost estimate” is the best tool to determine transit times, here is a quick guide with the best dates to order by based on your location and type of shipping service (please note: these shipping times are not guaranteed):
